Do you like it? It's on the market. I don't know the price but I'm sure it's up there, perhaps a few hundred thousand, based on prices for other houses around town. If I find out, I'll update this.
Mark and I think the house is very pretty. One person I know told me she heard it was haunted. Makes it interesting, doesn't it? ;)

It is a beautiful property. But after hearing the eerie tale of it, I am a bit.....ah ah.....scared!
