Celebrate with $2 bills
A couple of Thursdays ago, employees at CMC Steel Texas received part of our pay in these cool $2 bills. For years, the company has chosen to celebrate Texas Business & Industry Week during the first week of every April. This occasion highlights the role businesses and industries have in our local economy.
We are encouraged to use our bills locally as "visible reminders of the importance CMC Steel Texas and industry have to Seguin economy." Pretty neat and I think it's funny when people do a double take when you give them a $2 bill. It's not easy to find these bills, especially around Lunar New Year time, when I want something cool to stuff in the little red envelopes.

That is a fun thing! You don't really see $2 bills around very often.
My father-in-law used to give each of us a new $2.00 bill with our birth year on it. Nice. Some places will not take them as they think they are not real.
Great idea. Lets people know the impact. They should start a wheres thomas website, like wheresgeorge.
What a great idea for gifts!
Very neat idea. My son loves $2 bills, and has also had people not believe that they were real.
Oh yes, I love the bills. They are so fun!
Fun is when you give them to someone much younger who have never seen a 2 dollar bill, kinda' funny.
