Can't post a long one today but I did want to share a shot of Smokey at least. Ever the faithful kitty, always there to escort us around the yard. Or to chase us in a little game of tag. Or just to sit with us as we enjoy the deck. If only it wasn't a sauna outside. :(

Great picture! I've tried to capture photos of our cat George, but he just isn't cooperative. He has the most gorgeous blue eyes, but keeps them closed all the time...it seems the sun hurts his eyes.

One of Smokey's cousins likes to park him/her self in the window of the condo across the courtyard from Chez la Vache, keeping an eye on the birds that swoop past (14 floors up). No doubt M. Chat is trying to figure out how to:
a) get out the window
b) get the bird
c) without falling 14 floors.
