This is new at our bank, Randolph Brooks. It allowed us to see our bank teller as we completed our transaction and I assume she could see us also. Pretty neat since it's nice to have a face to go with the voice.
Whoa! Haven't been since they installed those. The geek in me says "cool!" The lazy in me says "whoops, no more going to the bank drive-thru in pajamas!" Thanks for the hometown news. :)
