If you have never had a breakfast taco, you are missing out. I can say this b/c before I moved here to Texas, I had never even HEARD of such a thing despite the fact that North Carolina has a real Hispanic presence!
In Seguin, the best place to have a b-taco is Las Palmas Cafe on Court Street. They are so delicious. We went there for breakfast this morning before work. It was a great treat.

ReplyDeleteI wish I had one this morning. Sometimes I like salsa on it sometimes not. My friend says the salsa here at LP is VERY good also.

ReplyDeleteYea, I'm from Texas - born and bred. Local Seguinian now! But we traveled to New York a couple of years back and couldn't BELIEVE that no other states have Breakfast Tacos - and the looks on their faces when we'd ASK for them was hilarious. They've never even HEARD of them. They're all missing out!!!
