Life in Seguin is pretty nice and quiet, even for almost 25,000 people. I like being there b/c it is a slower pace, you can get most everywhere in 5 minutes, there are rarely traffic jams and it's got charm. Not everyone is as relaxed as my kitty Smokey, but almost.
