And this house is two doors down from the Baxter-Fennell-Tips House in the last post. Quite a lot of work has been done on it and then they put it on the market. Sat empty for a while though I don't know how as it looks really nice. I like the carport in the back. The renovations on this looked great.

Dare I ask for how much?
We didn't even want to tempt ourselves so we never checked. We just saw another house, not as nice in my opinion but bigger (2 baths, big for older homes) and they want $193K!! In little ol' Seguin.
I like the little garage too. D just gave herself sticker shock too, she say a house for sale on Florida street I think and she thought it could not be that much, I told her it would probably be upwards of $100,000 and she just couldn't believe it. But guess who was right? :D
The real estate market has been nuts! I almost wish we were ready to sell.
